In the Vogelsburg restaurant you can enjoy the outstanding wines from the Juliusspital Wine Estate as well as creative Franconian cuisine in a modern atmosphere.
Primarily regional products within a radius of approx. 150 km are the basis for the Vogelsburg cuisine. Fresh, regional and seasonal cuisine is the goal, and Franconia offers quite a few approaches to these keywords.
We attach great importance to a traceable origin with all meat and fish products. Only selected butchers, fish farmers and fattening farms supply the Vogelsburg.
In addition to Franconian classics such as “Blaue Zipfel” (bratwurst simmered in vinegar), “Franconian bratwurst with sauerkraut” and much more, you can also select lavishly prepared fine meat and fish dishes from the menu – always with the aspiration to create that certain flair and special taste!
Of course, outstanding hand-roasted coffee from a small roasting house in Upper Bavaria as well as cakes from regional bakers and pastry chefs should also not be missing. You can inspect the large selection of cakes directly in the large cake counter.
In addition to over 50 different wines from Juliusspital Wine Estate – one of the most award-winning wine estates in Germany – you can also enjoy freshly tapped beer from the regional “Krautheimer” brewery.
Dishes will be served to you on special tableware. The meal should be a total experience consisting of vista, good food and wines as well as special, cosy ambience.
Our restaurant is open non-stop from 11 am to 11 pm.
